Diana is originally from South America. She was born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela. She is married to an American, and has two daughters. She received her business administration degree in 1998 from the Universidad de Carabobo in Valencia. In addition to her professional career, Diana and her sister started a tutoring business when they were in college which continued after graduating. She and her sister tutored kids on different subjects and ran summer camps. She has lived in the United States since 1999 and in Charleston since August of 2015.
Knowing more than one language is important in Diana’s home. Her two daughters are multilingual. Her oldest one, is fluent in three languages and works as a Ground Linguist for the United States Air Force. Her youngest is bilingual and very much enjoys the privileges of being able to understand and speak another language.
Diana believes that “giving our children the opportunity to learn multiple languages is a gift that will enrich their world for the rest of their lives.”
